Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)

Brenntag North America and Terra Environmental Technologies have formed a strategic alliance to supply the US and Canada with TerraCair™ ultra pure diesel exhaust fluid (DEF).

 

To meet new environmental protection regulations beginning in 2010, most producers of diesel engines have announced plans to use Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology. To effectively serve this growing market for SCR after treatment technology, an expansive and efficient DEF distribution infrastructure will be required across the United States and Canada.
