Brenntag Solutions Group was formed to further enhance Brenntag's ability to provide value added service to both customers and suppliers in the specialty chemical market place.  Brenntag Solutions Group leverages Brenntag's North American existing network for needed services in warehousing, logistics, customer service and technical field assistance.  The Solutions Group commits to customers the following value added services:

 

  • Technically competent sales staff to handle product development, technical support, sales and logistic needs
  • Local technical support if and when needed
  • Local customer service and logistics to assure on time delivery of your product
  • Ability to combine your specialty chemical orders with your commodity chemical requirements for cost-efficient service
  • An internet enabled system that features an integrated and automated order placement process and account history review 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

 

Our sales strategy is to take a very focused approach to the development of specialty chemical markets that are not effectively serviced by traditional distribution networks or our suppliers' direct sales staff.  Our consultative sales model is based on a technically competent team with industry expertise.
